Please read through our terms and conditions outlined on this page before making your purchase. By purchasing you are accepting Rose & Lyle terms and conditions. We will always try to have the most accurate and up to date information but occasionally we may need to update these terms and conditions and our website content.
POSTAGE & HANDLING
Postage and handling charges are free for all shipments within Australia. Rose & Lyle use Australia Post for all shipments, Rose & Lyle cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances with Australia Post. Rose & Lyle endeavour to dispatch all orders within two business days of placement. The customer is responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct. Rose & Lyle will not be responsible for return of goods due to incorrect delivery information. Any additional charges due to incorrect details will be charged to the customer. For customers outside of Australia please contact us for shipping costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Rose & Lyle will offer a refund for full priced items, within 7 days as long as the goods are not damaged or used and are returned in their original packaging with all labels attached. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, we recommend using a registered post method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please use the online shopping enquiries form on the contact us page and outline the reason for return. We dont offer refunds for sale items unless they are deemed faulty.
Payments can be made through PayPal using Visa or Mastercard. Goods will not be shipped until full payment has been made. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to your nominated email address, please ensure all details of your purchase are correct on receipt of confirmation.
If you wish to cancel an order after on line purchasing, please contact us. If an order is cancelled after shipment the return of the goods will be at the customers expense. Please use the online shopping enquiries form on the contact page.
Rose & Lyle will refund in full the purchase price for any item that is found to be faulty, or, if possible we will either repair the goods or offer a replacement. The details of the fault must be communicated to Rose & Lyle on receipt of the goods. Goods must be unused and all packaging and labelling intact.
Please note our leather products are handcrafted from high quality genuine leathers. There will be variation in colour and grain on each piece, these are as a result of the natural characteristics of the leather and should not be considered a fault. There could also be a variation in colour from those depicted on our website. We have made every effort to represent the colours as closely as possible, however some variation should be accepted and not seen as a fault.
We also use natural textile fibres. Our printed linens will have slight variation in texture and slubbing and should not be seen as a fault.

GST & PRICING
All retail prices on our website include 10% GST and are in Australian dollars.
Rose & Lyle take privacy very seriously and will not share any personal customer details with any third party. To purchase from Rose & Lyle it is necessary to hold personal information such as name, email address and shipping address, however this is encrypted via a Secure Socket layer (SSL) before it is sent to us.
